Lots of fun

So here are some more photos from the week when the grandparents were here and Iluka turned THREE!

We had a wee party for Iluka's birthday and there were lots of cakes! All the people who mean the most to Iluka were there (though she did ask if Moster Lykke could come to visit from Denmark, and was sad when she learned that she wasn't coming to the party...) Here we are at the table in the garden enjoying the sun that wasn't giving off much heat on this mid-May day...


Seb and Ella having a quiet moment together. Back when Ella had quiet moments... she's since had colic and is hardly ever really calm during the day. There's been a lot of screaming too, the poor thing. But look how cute they are!

And Seb and Iluka marvelling at Ella. Iluka is very, very sweet with her sister - though she doesn't always quite understand the meaning of "gently" :o) But she is also very protective of her. The other day when I picked Iluka up from daycare, some of the other children wanted to rock the car seat Ella was in, but Iluka stepped in and put her finger in front of her mouth and firmly said "Sssssshhhhh! She's sleeping!" It was very cute!
