Indoor and outdoor play

We've been doing quite a few things lately, it feels like we have been busier than usual. I think I was just so tired and exhausted for a long time that I didn't feel like doing anything at all, but now we seem to go out a bit more.

This weekend we went to a little riding school with other farm animals to attract little ones. Iluka was a bit overwhelmed with the friendliness of the sheep, but once she got used to it she thought they were fun


We said hi to some goats, and she immediately sniffed and said "Det lugter af ost" (It smells of cheese). She has a very acute sense of smell and can name so many smells. Today when we drove and Seb used the window cleaning liquid she sniffed and said it smelled like markers (Det lugter af tusser) - her nose is as good as her dad's!


She even got to go for a wee ride on a pony.


We also sometimes go to an indoor playground which Iluka loves. It is very quiet during the week when we're there and we have the whole place to ourselves. Here she's jumping in front of the climbing wall

This is a great alternative when the weather is too cold outside or when I need low impact effort with high impact fun.
