Scotland - but we could be anywhere, reallly...

So here are some more photos of Scotland, but we could be anywhere really. We didn't really see anything as such, mostly just looking after kids and hanging out with friends...

As requested, here's a photo of my belly as it looked two weeks ago at 19 weeks-ish.

Here are Saimi and Iluka as we're taking a walk at Lin of Dee. We didn't get far before bot girls decided that they didn't want to walk anymore and chucked tantrums simultaenously. Some day we will again be able to enjoy this beautiful spot near Braemar...

The one is in Stonehaven just south of Aberdeen.

Taking a look at Dunnottar Castle south of Stonehaven. It's a lovely place and we saw lots of rabbits and poos, much to Iluka's delight!

And at Riitta, Joe and Saimi's place we were all sitting in the living room when we realised that Iluka was missing and terribly quiet. We found her in their bedroom, she had closed the door behind her and was playing on Joe's drum set :)

Otherwise, not much to relate. Next week we're going to France for Christmas, which should be nice! And hopefully warmer than here. Iluka's cheeks get all red, raw and dry with the cold here unless we apply some serious cream for cold weather and sensitive cheeks! Below -10 to -15 I just have no desire to go outside... The other day the temperature snuck up to -6 or -8 or something, which made a big difference. But bloody hell I miss the warmth of Perth. This climate is not for me, despite being half Inuit and all. Nope, I am not made for this climate!

Oh, you couldn't be just anywhere, standing in front of the dramatic Dunnotar castle! I wish we had accidentally bumped into you while you were in Aberdeen-I'd have recognised you all straight away, even though I have only met Seb!

You look lovely! I can't wait to see you in real life. And I just can't believe that anyone was made for -15 weather! It's a mystery to me at all that the earliest peoples migrated away from Ethiopia... what was wrong with them?! (mind you, I do love snow!)
I'm off now to look for a drum kit for Iluka's Christmas present!

Iluka a l'air tout à fait à l'aise à la batterie.
Dans une semaine exactement nous serons ensemble... SUPER!
